Mitsumasa Kadota

Born in Shizuoka prefecture, 1980.   A painter.   Received  the 23rd Holbein scholarship.   Representative artist of M Gallery (Tochigi) and TEZUKAYAMA GALLERY.   He is experimenting with his expression by converting his own memories or emotional waves into colors and touches of paintings.   Nephew of Cy Twombly, Cody Franchetti highly evaluated his works by saying “Multiple colors of his work look integrated ” and had a large-scaled exhibition at Lincoln Center, NY in 2019.   Cody Franchetti also added Kadota’s work to his collection and the Museum of Modern Art put up an article about Kadota’s exhibition on their website.
